Kristin is a native Lexingtonian and graduate of Henry Clay High School. She began her career in 2003 at Rector Hayden Realtors in the Agent Services department. In 2005, she earned her Auctioneer's license and began assisting her Father with auction sales. In 2014, she began working full-time for the Halfhill Auction Group and in 2015 earned her real estate license. Kristin is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, Bluegrass Realtors, and is a Lifetime member of the Top Producer's Club of Kentucky. She earned the prestigious CAI (Certified Auctioneer's Institute) designation in 2019, less than 5% of Auctioneers nationwide hold this designation.
