Jim is a native Lexingtonian and graduate of Transylvania University. He began his real estate career in 2005 and obtained his auction license in 2007. Jim is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, Bluegrass Realtors and is a member of the Top Producer's Club of Kentucky. He earned the prestigious CAI (Certified Auctioneer's Institute) designation in 2019, less than 5% of Auctioneers nationwide hold this designation.
